Sweet Potato and yuzu citron
These autumnal Japanese sweets have a refreshing sweetness and aroma, and a smooth texture. It is a great gift for entertaining or as a souvenir.

Aojiru Collagen 1 pack sweet potato 500g Sugar 5 spoons Milk 1 spoons Yuzu (squeezed juice) 1 spoons Yuzu peel (for decoration) proper quantity
How To Make

1. preparation
Peel and slice the yuzu into thin strips and squeeze the juice from the fruit. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into rounds about 2 cm thick and soak them in water.

2. knead
Boil the sweet potatoes until they are tender and mash them while they are hot. Add sugar, milk and yuzu juice and knead well. Divide the dough in half and mix in the green juice on one side.

3. Completion
Divide each piece of dough into 8 equal parts, overlap the 2 colors and roll out.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and shape with a chakin towel. Garnish with yuzu zest.
