Material
Aojiru Collagen 2 packs Sandwich bread 4 slices Fresh Cream 200ml Sugar 1 spoon Fruit of your choice Proper quantity
How To Make

1. Preparation
Cut the fruit into pieces. Place the bowl of cream, green juice and sugar in ice water and whisk to a nine-minute stand (enough to make the horn stand on end).

2. Arrange
Spread whipped cream on the inside of two slices of bread. Arrange the fruit or
mochi on top with no gaps between them, top with the whipped cream, and then layer the other slice of bread. -
3. Cut
Wrap [2] in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the cream to blend. Cut with a bread knife. (Place the knife in boiling water and move the knife slowly for a clean cut. Wipe the knife clean after each cut.
